I love my Job. I really do. Especially when your sent new music. This week we received a load of information about Kav Temperley, from Aussie Rockers Eskimo Joe.

Graduation Day

We would like to introduce you to the track Graduation Day, featuring Katy Steele. It’s the second Single off the Album Machines of Love and Grace. And to steal some lyrics to the song “I Can’t Get Over” how good this track is. The combination of Kav’s distinctive voice and Katy’s pop queen voice is a mix made by rock gods, to remind us how a rock duet is supposed to sound.

Graduation Day

Kav released a great single, in a typical Eskimo Joe pop sing, you can’t get away from Kav’s voice, I know, I know, we should give credit for his solo work, but his voice is Eskimo Joe, I make no apologies for that because it is. Graduation day is not a rock song and not an overly poppy song, it’s found its ground in the middle.

This song should be on everyone’s playlist and on every radio station, it’s easy to sing along to.

To check out Kav’s Tour dates head to the gig guide, and put Kav into the keyword.

You can also head to his web site here.

Kav is currently doing a bit of a tour, obviously, the gigs are on our gig guide, You’ll find him in the Gong, then all the way back in WA, then he turns around and finishes his east coast tour!

Katy Steele

Kav teams up with Katy Steel, you might be thinking where do I know that name from? Katy was from Little Birdie, and has a solo career of her own! We will have more about Katy in the future!

Machines of Love and Grace

Now I said Kav’s voice is distinctively Eskimo Joe, so I had to include a clip of Eskimo Joe, Love is the drug (above), and below is the first single from Machines of Love and Grace.

Machines of Love and Grace starts off soft and mellow, and it slowly creeps up on you, so be prepared. It’s another great track to be enjoyed on your playlist. Personally, I like Graduation Day more, but there is a fine line between the two.

We cant wait until he gets back home to WA so we can go and check these songs live. If you’re over East in NSW and ACT or over here in WA – Bunbury and Margaret River areas, make sure you check out one Kav’s shows. We might just see you there.

As always we hope you love these tracks, don’t forget to like, love, share and follow.
