Australia’s ultimate summer music celebration is back, and CASTAWAY FESTIVAL is bringing one hell of a lineup. Announcing a blockbuster bill of Australian heavyweights and next-gen talent, 2026/2027 CASTAWAY will ignite Perth, Melbourne and Wollongong, with HILLTOP HOODSleading the charge alongside VIOLENT SOHO,AMY SHARK, PLAYLUNCH, TRIALS, LYRIC and BIRDLAND, all set to soundtrack three huge festival days across Australia.
Kicking off at Whitfords Nodes Park in Hillarys, WA on Saturday 21 November 2026, the festival will then head to Mornington Racecourse, VIC on Saturday 12 December, before making its way to Wollongong, NSW on Saturday 20 March 2027. For tickets and information, visit www.castawayfestival.com.au.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday 28 August at 12pm local time, with artist, promoter and Telstra Plus presales kicking off from Wednesday 26 August at 11am local time.

Leading the charge are Australian hip hop royalty HILLTOP HOODS, bringing their unmistakable live energy and a catalogue of era-defining anthems to the Castaway stage. With a career spanning more than two decades, multiple ARIA Awards and a string of landmark releases, the Adelaide trio have cemented their place among Australia’s most enduring and celebrated live acts. Joining them are Brisbane rock heavyweights VIOLENT SOHO, bringing their raw, raucous sound and festival-ready anthems; ARIA Award-winning singer-songwriter AMY SHARK, whose emotionally charged songwriting and powerhouse pop hooks have made her one of Australia’s most recognisable artists; plus a stacked supporting bill featuring PLAYLUNCH, TRIALS, LYRIC and BIRDLAND, bringing a fresh wave of energy and talent. Together, the lineup promises a genre-spanning celebration of Aussie music, with something to turn up for from the first note to the final encore.
