This week we are stepping back in time to the early ’80s. Back then things were much simpler, no smartphones, no computers, and if you wanted to make a phone call there was no privacy, phones back then were connected with wires. Back in the ’80s, it might have been madness in your house, or you may have had baggy trousers, hopefully, it was a house of fun.
Formed in 1976, Madness rose to become one of the most prominent bands of the SKA and new wave era. The band had a number of lineup changes between the formation and their early success. They began gaining a following from around 1979.
